The Thing To Do When You Feel Lost at Sea While Still on Land

I wonder how many others feel the way I do. Adrift. Like I’m walking in a fog. A bit uncertain of the direction I am to go. I’m tempted to give into doing what I’ve been doing. Running on the crazy

You Have a Lot To Offer; Don’t Excuse Yourself From God’s Plan

You and me — we have a lot to offer. I know it doesn’t always feel that way. In fact, for some of us it seldom does.  But we do. God didn’t just birth us on earth to wander aimlessly. He

This is an excerpt (with a few tweaks) from a post I wrote to my sisters-in-Christ who are attending the Proverbs 31 She Speaks Conference this week. I thought it might be insightful and encouraging to some of you as

Everyday Praise

We were created for praise! Cultivate the practice of glorifying God daily. Let your heart find rest in the shelter of God's goodness.

Thanks for stopping!

Hello, I'm Julie, an imperfect wife and mother of four. Life in this broken world is not always easy. Yet, joy can be found in each day through the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ.

I find it's easy for our day's BLESSINGS to get lost in its HAPPENINGS. But God's "mercies never end" (Lamentations 3:22) and His "grace is sufficient" (2 Corinthians 12:9).

May the posts and pages on this site offer you a measure of peace and encouragement.
